BOSTON, MA – January 30, 2025 – Everway (formerly Texthelp and n2y), a pioneer in technology that transforms how individuals' unique learning needs are met, today announced it would be joining forces with Embrace® Education, a leading provider of special education software solutions for school districts.
Everway was formed in March 2024 through the merger of n2y and Texthelp, creating a global category leader in special education technology. The combined business is majority backed by Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, and serves learners with diverse needs as well as employees in the workplace across the entire neurodiverse spectrum.
