Embrace® is excited to announce the hiring of Colleen as Customer Success Specialist! Colleen is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services. Prior to joining Embrace®, she was a Program Manager and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, providing day program and CILA services to adults with developmental disabilities for over 7 years. With her experience and knowledge in social services and rehabilitation services, in addition to DHS and IDPH rules and regulations, she will be a great addition to our team and provide exceptional services to our clients!
